Frequently asked Questions
How often should my pool be serviced? Most residential pools do best with weekly service. This keeps chemical levels stable and prevents algae buildup before it starts. Pools with heavy use or lots of surrounding trees may benefit from twice-weekly visits during peak season.
What chemicals do you use? We use professional-grade chlorine, acid, and balancing chemicals appropriate for your pool type. If you have specific preferences—such as salt system maintenance or mineral sanitizers—let us know and we'll work with your setup.
Do I need to be home for service visits? No. As long as we have access to your pool and equipment, we can complete service whether you're home or not. Many of our customers are at work during their scheduled service day.
How do I know what service I need? If you'd rather not think about your pool at all, our Complete Weekly Service is the way to go. If you're comfortable skimming and brushing but want help with chemicals and equipment checks, the Chemical Service is a great fit. Not sure? We can assess your pool and recommend the right level of service.
Can you work on my pool equipment if something breaks? Yes. We handle pump repairs, filter issues, sweep problems, and more. If we find something during a regular service visit, we'll let you know and provide a quote before any repair work.
What if my pool turns green between visits? It happens—especially during heat waves or after storms. Call us and we'll schedule a cleanup. Depending on severity, green pool restoration typically takes 3–7 days to fully clear.
